PMPC Services

Civil Engineering services include studies, reports, funding investigations, economic analysis, permitting, design, plans and specifications.   We will perform cost approximations, construction contract administration, scheduling, disbursement projections, project cost monitoring, resident review of construction and quality control testing.  Operation and maintenance manuals and operator training are also provided.  We can assist clients in obtaining funding and then follow the project through from beginning to end.

PMPC provides engineering services for a wide variety of civil/municipal projects including water supply systems (encompassing transmission, distribution and storage), street and road improvements, landfill design and permitting, irrigation systems, storm drainage, and sewage collection and disposal.  Blowing snow mitigation services involve investigation, evaluation and snow fence siting and design to provide specific solutions to blowing snow problems or increase watershed yield.

Our staff includes engineers who, with their combined experience, have extensive knowledge of civil/municipal and blowing snow projects.  PMPC provides its engineers with in-house drafting stations, the latest computer and engineering equipment and continuing education.
