Wyoming Civil Engineers
PMPC was established as a Wyoming Corporation in 1985. Located in Saratoga, the company provides Civil/Municipal Engineering and Testing/Inspection Services to both public and private clients. Our company is a small, yet highly qualified team whose cooperative spirit and comprehensive expertise provides innovative solutions to even the most demanding problems.
Our completed projects include water supply, transmission, distribution and storage systems; blowing snow control, street and road improvements, landfill design and permitting, irrigation systems, storm drainage and sanitary sewage collection and disposal systems.
Engineering services include studies, reports, funding investigations, economic analysis, permitting, design, plans and specifications, cost approximations, construction contract administration, scheduling, disbursement projections, project cost monitoring and resident review of construction. Operation and maintenance manuals and operator training are also provided
Blowing snow mitigation services involve investigation, evaluation and providing specific solutions to blowing snow problems. Services also include snow fence siting and design to mitigate the effects of blowing snow and to increase watershed yield for municipal and agricultural uses. In this endeavor, PMPC works closely with Tabler & Associates, an internationally recognized snow and wind engineering firm in Niwot, Colorado.
PMPC frequently subcontracts specialized services and equipment necessary for certain projects. This provides the most professional and complete service possible, while still retaining overall responsibility to the client. Over many years the company has developed and maintained good working relationships with a number of consultant specialists who provide quality, timely service.
We maintain an up-to-date computer network for Computer Aided Drafting and Design, Geographic Information Systems, water and storm water analysis, project management, data processing and financial management. This network includes powerful workstations connected to servers with elaborate security and backup systems to protect project data.
