PMPC , a Wyoming corporation established in 1985, provides civil/municipal and blowing snow mitigation engineering services to public and private clients.  We are a small, highly qualified team whose cooperative spirit and comprehensive expertise provides innovative solutions to your most challenging engineering needs.

 

Our engineering services include preparing studies, reports, funding investigations, economic analysis, permitting, design, plans and specifications, cost approximations, construction contract administration, scheduling, disbursement projections, project cost monitoring and resident review of construction.  Operation and maintenance manuals and operator training are also provided.

 

Blowing snow mitigation services involve investigation, evaluation and providing specific solutions to blowing snow problems.  Services also include snow fence siting and design to mitigate the effects of blowing snow and to increase watershed yield for municipal and agricultural uses.  

 

Our completed projects include water supply, transmission, distribution and storage systems; blowing snow control, street and road improvements, landfill design and permitting, irrigation systems, storm drainage and sanitary sewage collection and disposal systems.  

PMPC subcontracts for specialized services and equipment necessary to complete certain projects.  We can select from a team of proven specialists that we have assembled through years of good working relationships on a wide variety of jobs.  This provides the most complete and professional service possible, while still retaining overall project responsibility and providing a single point of contact to the client.  

 

We utilize a sophisticated computer network for CADD, GIS, water and storm water analysis, project management, data processing and financial management.  This network includes powerful workstations connected to servers with elaborate security, backup and data storage systems to protect project information.
